Create your account and organization with your personal sign-up link
To start using Spedy, you need an account and an organization. Your organization is the shared workspace where your team will collaborate, and it comes with its own subdomain like your-company.spedy.ai.
How your team gets started
There is no public self-service sign-up anymore. New organizations start like this:
- Demo call -- you book a call with us (on the website under Request a demo). We look at how you work.
- Setup -- we adapt Spedy to your workflows and help you move over.
- Personal sign-up link -- you get a one-time link by email. With it you create your account and your organization.
The sign-up page without a link and Request a demo on the login page lead to the demo form.
Signing up with your link
Open the link from the email. The Set up your access page asks for everything in one step:
- Organization Name -- the display name for your workspace, for example "Acme Inc.". Your subdomain is generated from it ("Acme Inc." becomes
acme-inc.spedy.ai). - Your Name -- your full name as your team will see it.
- Email -- the address your invitation was sent to. The page shows you a hint, for example
a***@acme.com. A different address is refused; if you need another one, ask us for a new link. - Password -- 8 to 128 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character.
Instead of the form you can also sign up with Google or GitHub. Use the account with the invited email address.
Once you submit, your account and organization are created and you land in your new workspace.
When the link doesn't work

Every link works once, and only for the invited email address.
Team members
Nothing changes for your team: you invite colleagues and customers to your organization as before. See Invite your team.
Your Workspace Subdomain
Once your organization is created, you will be redirected to your new workspace at your custom subdomain. This is the URL you and your team will use to access Spedy:
https://your-org.spedy.aiAll of your boards, tickets, wiki pages, and settings live under this subdomain. Bookmark it for quick access.
Log In
Returning users can log in at the Spedy login page by entering their email and password. After logging in, you will be taken directly to your organization's workspace.
If you signed up with Google or GitHub, use those buttons to sign in -- the login page points this out.
If you belong to multiple organizations, you can switch between them at any time using the organization switcher in the sidebar. This lets you move between different workspaces without logging out.
Multiple Organizations
Spedy supports belonging to more than one organization. This is useful if you work with different teams or clients. You can:
- Switch between organizations with a single click -- no need to log out and back in.
- Be invited to existing organizations by other users who are already set up.
Each organization is completely separate, with its own boards, members, settings, and subdomain.
The organization switcher no longer has a Create organization entry. You get another organization the same way as the first: through a personal sign-up link from us.
