Welcome to Spedy -- your new home for project management, issue tracking, and team collaboration. This guide walks you through everything you need to go from sign-up to a fully working workspace in just a few minutes.
What is Spedy?
Spedy is a project management platform that helps teams organize work using Kanban boards, track issues, build a shared knowledge base, and collaborate in real time. Each organization gets its own dedicated workspace at a custom subdomain like your-company.spedy.ai.
Setup in Three Steps
Getting started with Spedy is straightforward. Here is what you will do:
1. Create Your Account
Sign up with your email, choose an organization name, and you will immediately have your own workspace ready to go. Your organization gets a unique subdomain where your entire team will work.
2. Create Your First Board
Boards are where your work lives. Create a board for a project, product, or team -- each board comes with a Kanban view, default statuses, and automatic ticket numbering.
3. Invite Your Team
Bring your colleagues into Spedy and assign them the right level of access. Whether they are administrators, team members, or external customers, everyone gets exactly the permissions they need.

Once your workspace is set up, you will have access to everything you need to manage projects effectively:
